To highlight BC TEAL’s 50th anniversary, our conference theme is celebration with plenary speakers Jill Hadfield, Andy Curtis and Penny Ur. Also on offer is a pre-conference institute with morning and afternoon 3-hour workshops as well as an evening celebratory carnival.
